Directions To Use

Step 1: Put the new left insole into the left shoe. It will not just slide in; you will still have to get your hand in there and smoothen it out, but it should fit perfectly. Stick the insole to the shoe.
Step 2: Do the same for the right shoe
Note: Replace every six months or at the first signs of wear.
